Pricing
Clear prices, agreed before we start
No hourly meter and no surprise invoices. You know the number, in writing, before any work begins.
Monthly bookkeeping
The routine that keeps your books current
From $300 a month
A starting point, not a package. Your monthly fee is set after a look at your books, sized to how much activity they carry, and agreed in writing before we start.
What the monthly fee covers
Every transaction recorded and categorized in QuickBooks Online, from your bank and card feeds and the receipts you share
Bank and credit-card accounts reconciled to the statement, every month, line by line
A monthly report in plain English: what came in, what went out, what you own and owe, and what changed
The figures behind your sales tax and other filings, current and ready for whoever files them
Your questions answered as they come up, not saved for tax time
A year-end package your tax preparer can work from without chasing you
How the fee is set
Sized to your books, not to my hours
The monthly fee depends on how much activity your books carry: roughly how many bank and card accounts there are, and how many transactions go through them in a month. A busy month does not change it. If your business grows and the work grows with it, that is a conversation first and a new number in writing, never a bigger invoice.
Other work
Catching up, and starting clean
Catch-up bookkeeping is a one-time project at a fixed price after a look at your books. The price is in writing before I begin, and it does not grow, so a box of receipts never turns into an open-ended bill.
A clean start for a new business: setup is included in your monthly fee, with no separate setup fees.
The terms
No long contract
Thirty days’ written notice ends it, from either side. Your books live in your own QuickBooks Online account, in your name, so you would leave with a clean, current set of books.
For service this personal, the fee is more than competitive. The quickest way to your number is a short conversation about your business.
